DV2009 REGISTRATION SERVICE
The
registration period for the
current DV lottery, DV2009,
begins at 12 noon, Wednesday,
October 3, 2007 (EDT/GMT-4),
and closed at 12 noon, Sunday,
December 2, 2007 (EST/GMT-5).
Please
note that there is no "list"
of lottery winners. If you are
a winner, the Department of
State will notify you or your
representative that you have
won. If you have not been notified,
then you have not won the DV
lottery. Also, note that if
you did not retain Kirberger
PC to represent you, then we
are not your representative,
and we have no information on
the status of your application.
If
you did retain us to file your
DV lottery registration using
our address, we will notify
you if you win at the email
address provided on your entry
form.
DV2009 LOTTERY
INFORMATION
Up
to and on October 20, 2007,
our fee for assistance with
green card lottery (DV2009)
registration is $75 for
primary applicants. For spouses
and children 18 and over, please
add $25 per additional
person. Applications for
children under 18 are included
in the primary application.
After
October 20, 2007, and prior
to November 16, 2007,
our fee will increase to $100,
and to $50 for spouse
and children over 21.
On
and after November 16, 2007,
our DV registration fee will
increase to $135 for
principal applicant and $75
for spouse and children over
21. We accept major credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover).
- This
office must receive all COMPLETE
applications, including digitized
photographs, by 5pm
(Standard Eastern Time) November
23, 2006,
to ensure that they meet the
deadline for submission.
- You
must provide a working email
address or U.S. fax
number to register with
our service. Please
note that we cannot fax forms
internationally. (To

number that goes to your email
address and is readable using
free, downloadable software,
please click here.)
- PLEASE
NOTE that once we receive
a credit card payment, we
cannot issue refunds.
We will begin work on your
registration immediately after
submission of our registration
sheet. Therefore, PLEASE
ENSURE ALL APPLICANTS' ELIGIBILITY
BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT FORM.

- Due to the volume of
DV applications, we cannot answer further questions
regarding eligibility individually.
- Registration with our
green card lottery service in no way guarantees that
applicants will receive a green card.
- Payment
for DV2009 registration is
in exchange ONLY for
DV2009 registration. All other
services, such as assistance
with immigrant visa processing
in or outside the United States,
will require a separate agreement,
as well as additional legal
fees, expenses and filing
fees.
- PLEASE DO
NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER VIA EMAIL. OUR
SERVER IS NOT SECURE FOR THIS PURPOSE.
