E Visa Italy: Processing Moved from Milan to Rome

Effective December 01, 2011, all E visa applications will be processed at the US Embassy Rome rather than at the US Consulate Milan. Therefore, all new E Visa applications submitted after December 01, 2011, should be sent to the E Visa Section at the US Embassy Rome in accordance with the directions on the US Embassy Rome web site. All cases will be processed in the order received. All pending cases sent to the US Consulate Milan prior to December 01, 2011, will be processed to conclusion at the US Consulate Milan, in the order they were received. (more…)

US Embassy Tokyo Visa Appointments

As of March 18, 2011, US Embassy Tokyo advises that they are only processing emergency visa cases due to the recent events in Japan. Some nonimmigrant visa applicants with approaching deadlines, such as students, and individuals already scheduled for nonimmigrant work visa appointments may keep their interview appointments.  See below for more detail. US Embassy London Holiday E Visa Unit Schedule

The US Embassy London E Visa Unit will be closed December 23, 2010, through January 04, 2011. The last available appointment date for an interview at the US Embassy London for employees, including derivative dependents, of an approved or registered E visa company in valid status scheduled through US Embassy London appointed Operator Assisted Information Service is December 22, 2010. The last available appointment date for an E Visa interview at US Embassy London scheduled by email for E Visa applicants and their derivative dependents of a treaty company pending approval or registration at US Embassy London is December 17, 2010. Normal service will resume for all US Embassy London E Visa interviews at 8.00am January 05, 2011.
