Initial Assessment: Kirberger PC offers initial assessments on business immigration issues, at our discretion, via email ( info@immigration-lawyer.com) to companies and individuals who do not currently have an attorney handling their immigration needs, or for those who have legal representation, but wish to change attorneys. If we perceive your case to have complexities requiring a more substantial expenditure of time, then we will suggest further consultation via email or telephone.

Paid Consultations: We will also provide information, including second opinions, via telephone or email for a fee of $150 per half-hour (half-hour minimum, first time consultation). Additional consultation time will be pro-rated and charged at the same rate.  In office consultations are also available upon request.

Occasionally, questions arise in a consultation that require further research.  If you wish to pursue such a question, we bill at a rate of $300 per hour for time spent on such research, and we require at least a portion of the projected amount prior to starting.
